IC/QC Associate
Horizon Group USA IncPrimary Responsibility: The IC/QC Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that all warehouse operations meet quality and compliance standards. This hands-on role supports inventory integrity through audits, cycle counts, and inspections at key control points. Essential Functions: Conduct daily cycle counts using system generated count lists. Audit empty locations and multi bin areas to verify system accuracy. Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to hold tasks or inventory variances. Perform assigned cycle counts for the 2nd shift. Record and update all count results within the warehouse management system. Support full physical inventory events. Promote a safe work environment through proactive actions and promptly identify and report any safety concerns. Record inventory counts and report discrepancies for resolution, while also identifying, documenting, and addressing any quality-related concerns. Inspect and resolve bin integrity issues. Address inventory-related requests promptly and accurately Inspect and test incoming products to verify they meet quality standards and specifications. Follow quality control procedures and standards. Investigate and reconcile damaged inventory and support other projects Collaborate with IC Analysts/Managers to update data and prepare reports. Education and Experience : High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in inventory, quality control, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). RF scanning devices knowledge is a plus. Ability to lift 0 lbs. Required experience in forklift operation. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail. Excellent at organizing tasks and solving problems. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative approach. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Monday-Thursday 6am-4pm
