Hybrid Warehouse Associate

Position Summary: 

We are seeking an energetic, responsible team player with a can-do mentality to join our branch in Miami. The Hybrid Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting efficient warehouse and delivery operations by accurately pulling, packing, staging, loading, and unloading orders; maintaining inventory accuracy through receiving, inspection, organization, and daily cycle counts; and ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment. This role may also perform driver duties, including compliant loading, vehicle inspections, safe delivery of products, and professional customer interaction. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull and prepare orders and check for accuracy
• Load/unload trucks
• May assist with driving a van for local non-hazmat deliveries
• Inventory – count, organize and maintain stock, inspect condition and quality, move and replenish as necessary
• Operate forklift in a safe and efficient manner
• Help customers with loading products
• Keeps aisles clear of stock and debris
• Sweep warehouse floors daily and as needed
• Report any unsafe conditions to the Warehouse Manager
• Other duties as required

Other Requirements for this Role:

• Positive, enthusiastic and flexible attitude

• 2 years' warehousing a plus
• Forklift certified
• Safety conscious
• Clean driving record
• Bi-lingual a plus
• Ability to do basic math functions (add, subtract, divide, and multiply)
• Basic computer skills
