And Services Fort MyersHVAC Warehouse / Operations Support We are looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated individual to join our HVAC team in a warehouse and operations support role. This position is an important part of keeping our technicians supplied, our jobs properly staged, and our warehouse running efficiently. HVAC experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, can stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, organize, and stock HVAC equipment, parts, and materials Pull equipment and materials for upcoming installation and service jobs Stage equipment and materials so technicians have everything they need before leaving for a job Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse Track inventory and help identify materials that need to be reordered Prepare equipment and materials for delivery Deliver HVAC equipment, parts, and materials to job sites as needed Assist technicians and management with locating parts and materials Communicate with customers by phone when necessary in a professional and courteous manner Use a computer to enter information, check inventory, communicate internally, and perform basic office/warehouse tasks Help coordinate and prioritize materials for scheduled jobs Perform other warehouse and operational duties as needed Qualifications Previous HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or warehouse experience preferred Ability to learn HVAC equipment, parts, and materials Basic computer skills and the ability to learn company software Good organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail Ability to communicate professionally with customers, technicians, vendors, and coworkers Valid driver's license and a good driving record Dependable transportation and reliable attendance Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment and outdoors when necessary Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift and carry HVAC equipment, tools, parts, and materials Ability to lift up to approximately 75 lbs. Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, loading, and unloading Ability to safely handle and move bulky equipment with assistance when necessary Ability to work in hot, cold, and outdoor conditions as required Schedule Monday through Friday, with occasional half-day Saturday work when needed.
