Applicants must meet the following criteria: License: Valid Class A CDL with a safe, responsible driving history. MVR Record: Zero violations on your Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) within the last 5 years. Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse: Must have a completely Clear FMCSA Clearinghouse status. Safety Technology: Must be strictly willing to keep the dual-facing safety camera active and unobstructed at all times. HOS Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Hours of Service (HOS) regulations and electronic logging devices (ELDs). Schedule: Prepared and available to remain over-the-road for approximately 3 weeks at a time. Key Duties & Responsibilities Safely and efficiently operate tractor-trailers across dedicated OTR FedEx Ground routes. Maintain perfect compliance with all DOT and FMCSA regulations, specifically prioritizing strict Hours of Service (HOS) rules. Conduct thorough, honest pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure total mechanical safety. Keep real-time, accurate electronic logs and cargo documentation. Maintain open, professional communication with the Pintox dispatch team to ensure prompt, on-time arrivals. Required Skills Proven OTR commercial truck driving experience (team operations experience preferred). Deep proficiency with GPS navigation, terminal routing, and real-time route adjustments. Thorough operational knowledge of Freightliner Cascadia equipment and electronic logging systems. Strong commitment to defensive driving, premium customer service, and asset protection.
