High Reach Forklift Operator

Duties Safely operate high-reach forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and Hi-Lo equipment to load and unload materials Manage inventory by accurately picking orders using barcode scanning technology and warehouse management systems Organize products on shelves at various heights using reach trucks while adhering to safety standards in production and warehouse operations Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring all items are correctly documented and stored according to warehouse distribution procedures Conduct routine equipment inspections, perform basic repairs or notify maintenance for any issues with forklifts or other material handling equipment Support manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting and materials transfer while following OSHA safety protocols Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, order picking activities, and shipping documentation Requirements Proven experience operating reach trucks, cherry pickers,, or similar heavy equipment within a warehouse setting Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning for logistics, and inventory control procedures Knowledge of forklift safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and safe manual handling practices Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and order accuracy Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow safety standards in production environments Prior experience in warehouse management or supervision roles is a plus but not required Physical capability to lift heavy loads regularly, stand for extended periods, and perform manual handling tasks safely Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in warehouse distribution!
