High-End Residential Assistant Superintendent

This role involves managing daily operations on-site, coordinating with various trades, and ensuring the successful completion of custom homes that meet quality standards and client expectations. The ideal candidate will have a background in custom service, construction management, problem solving skills, an outgoing personality, and a college education. This is a paid position offering an opportunity to lead complex residential builds from start to finish. Duties Supervise and coordinate aspects of custom home construction projects on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets. Effectively Communicate and Manage subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams to maintain workflow efficiency and quality standards. Monitor progress daily, identify potential issues early, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed and work meets building codes and specifications. Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, suppliers and trades to provide updates and address any concerns. Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to avoid delays. Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, change orders, and site reports. Enforce safety policies and promote a safe working environment for all personnel on-site. Collaborate with the project team during planning phases to ensure feasibility and resource allocation align with project goals. Qualifications College Degree Highly Recommended. Proven experience in either a construction related field or a customer service background. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate diverse trades effectively. Exceptional communication skills for clear interaction with clients, team members, and vendors. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail to address challenges proactively.
