Hemp Haven ATL- Part Time Associate

Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection, ensuring they find what best suits their needs. Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for retail sales transactions, including cash handling and cash drawer management. Conduct product demos to educate customers about different hemp products, highlighting benefits and usage. Maintain organized store shelves through stocking and merchandising to ensure an attractive shopping environment. Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending complementary items to enhance their experience. Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely. Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and tracking product levels to prevent shortages. Support the team with supervising experience when needed, helping to ensure smooth daily operations. Engage in bilingual communication to serve a diverse customer base effectively. Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with customers in person and over the phone. Proven retail sales experience with knowledge of retail math, cash register operations, and cashiering procedures. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and cash drawer reconciliation. Experience in supervising or leading team members is a plus, demonstrating leadership qualities and responsibility. Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory counts. Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and sales strategies such as upselling. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to better serve our diverse clientele.
