Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and reliable Helpers/Drivers to join our dynamic team! This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations for delivery and warehouse activities. As a Helper/Driver, you will be responsible for assisting with loading, unloading, and moving goods, as well as safely operating various vehicles to deliver items efficiently. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your driving skills and gain experience in warehouse operations. Responsibilities Safely operate a variety of vehicles including box trucks, vans, and personal vehicles for delivery routes Assist with loading and unloading goods using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks Ensure all deliveries are completed on time by adhering to planned routes and traffic regulations Load, secure, and unload cargo while following safe lifting practices and weight handling protocols in accordance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries Maintain accurate delivery documentation using mobile devices or other digital tools Support warehouse operations by moving inventory, organizing stock, and assisting with general warehouse tasks as needed Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or delivery driving preferred but not required Valid driver’s license; experience driving box trucks preferred but not required. Will be given paid training Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently, following proper manual handling techniques Familiarity with material handling equipment such as pallet jacks; experience operating these tools is a plus Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude during interactions with clients Comfortable using mobile devices for navigation, communication, and documentation purposes Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Helper/Driver and become an essential part of our logistics team!
