Heat Transfer Press Fulfillment Associate

Heat Press Production and Fulfillment Associates are responsible for accurately and efficiently applying logos to shirts and pants using heat transfers and heat press equipment, picking orders for production, and supporting daily fulfillment operations to keep inventory up-to-date, and products shipped on time. This role requires careful attention to graphic placement, temperature, pressure, and application procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality results. Associates work closely with production and warehouse teams to complete orders on schedule, maintain accurate inventory levels, and keep materials organized and readily available. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and committed to producing quality work while supporting the success of the entire team. DUTIES Decorate garments using heat press equipment, following approved artwork placement, temperature, pressure, and application instructions. Ensure finished garments meet quality standards for placement, alignment, adhesion, and overall appearance. Complete assigned production orders accurately and efficiently while meeting daily schedules and deadlines. Inspect garments and decorations before and after application to identify defects or inconsistencies. Pick, organize, and stage garments and materials according to production requirements. Track inventory movement using barcode scanners and established procedures to maintain accurate stock levels. Monitor material availability and communicate shortages or discrepancies before they impact production. Return unused materials to designated storage locations and maintain organized workspaces. Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing completed orders for fulfillment. Perform inventory counts and assist with receiving and organizing incoming materials. Follow equipment operating procedures and workplace safety standards. RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain consistent quality and accuracy throughout the garment decoration process. Follow established production instructions and equipment settings for each order. Work collaboratively with teammates and supervisors to meet production goals and delivery deadlines. Communicate production issues, material shortages, and quality concerns promptly. Help maintain appropriate inventory levels and ensure materials are available when needed. Maintain clean, organized, and safe production and warehouse areas. Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and flexibility as production priorities change. Support continuous improvement in production efficiency, quality, and workflow. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding placement, alignment, and quality. Ability to follow written instructions, production specifications, and equipment settings accurately. Previous experience with heat press equipment, garment decoration, or apparel production preferred. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining consistent quality standards. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Basic familiarity with barcode scanners and inventory tracking systems preferred. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 40 lbs. Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
