Head of Distribution - Crushing, Screening and Sizing

Build something that does not exist yet Shape a new route to market in mining and aggregates Your chance to build a global network from the ground up FLSmidth is building a new Crushing, Screening & Sizing business line, and with it a route to market we have not had before. We are looking for a leader to build and manage our dealer network across adjacent markets, with aggregates the largest. You start close to a blank sheet on the network, backed by an established product portfolio, a multi-brand parts business and acquisitions that bring channel with them. If you have built a dealer network before, here is the chance to do it properly. Short Department Description Distribution sits within Crushing, Screening & Sizing and reports to the President of CSS. A small global team building and running the dealer channel for the business line. Your Responsibilities Build and manage FLSmidth's global dealer network for crushing and screening Identify, appoint and develop distribution partners in priority markets Define with the product verticals where dealers are the right route to market Negotiate dealer agreements covering territory, terms, stocking and governance Develop the dealer playbook: selection, onboarding, training, review and exit Grow dealer order intake, coverage and pipeline across the portfolio Build dealer capability in product, application, service and aftermarket Lead the dealer team and work closely with our regional sales organisations What You Bring Senior commercial leadership in mining, aggregates or industrial equipment A track record of building or transforming an international dealer network Deep understanding of dealer economics, agreements and territory management Experience selling capital equipment and aftermarket through third parties Evidence of building a commercial function from the ground up Experience leading international teams across regions and cultures A degree in business or engineering, or equivalent experience What We Offer A newly created global role with the scope and freedom to build something from the start Total Compensation Target: 1,300,000 - 1,800,000 DKK gross per year As an equal opportunity employer, FLSmidth embraces diversity and equality by promoting an environment of inclusion.
