Handyman Maintenance/Renovations-Employee/Subcontractor

Capital Building Maintenance and Restoration Inc is seeking a proactive and multi-skilled Maintenance Handyman/Renovations-Employee/Subcontractor to join our team. In this role, you will perform a variety of maintenance, repair, and renovation tasks across residential and commercial facilities, ensuring optimal functionality and safety. Your expertise will help keep our clients' properties in top condition while supporting ongoing facility operations. If you're good with your hands, fix things right the first time and take pride in clean finish work - we want to talk. Responsibilities - Employee Maintenance & service calls Vacant-suite/unit touch ups and light renovations Carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, baseboards, doors & hardware.
