Handyman/Delivery Driver/Warehouse Support

Job Description: Who we are At Ness Paper, we're a working family. You'll be known by name here, not by a badge number, and the work you put in gets noticed. We keep restaurants, offices, and facilities all over Florida stocked with the food service and janitorial supplies they run on. We also handle third-party logistics, repackaging and pick-and-ship, for other growing brands out of our Orlando and Ft. Lauderdale warehouses. The role We're looking for a hands-on Handyman who keeps our facility in top shape and jumps in on deliveries and the warehouse floor when it's time. Most of your week goes to the building and grounds: landscaping, roofing, electrical, plumbing, and the steady stream of fixes that keep a facility running. You'll also have set times each week for local delivery runs and warehouse support, so no two days look quite the same. This isn't a clock-in, clock-out job. You'll spot what needs fixing before anyone asks, own the repair, and take pride in leaving things better than you found them. If you like variety and working with your hands, this is a good seat. What you'll do Handyman & maintenance (the core of the job) Keep the grounds sharp: mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, and keeping the lot and building exterior clean Handle roofing, electrical, and plumbing repairs, from patching leaks to fixing lighting and fixtures Take care of routine repairs to doors, dock equipment, and anything else that breaks Keep tools and equipment fueled, charged, maintained, and put back where they belong Spot issues early and work with your manager to get them resolved Follow safety procedures, including harness use when working at height Delivery driving (scheduled runs) Make local deliveries safely and on time, with pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections Load, secure, and unload freight, verify orders, and get signatures Represent Ness Paper professionally with every customer Warehouse support (scheduled shifts) Pick, stage, and verify orders so they go out accurate Run pallet jacks and forklifts safely and keep work areas organized You're a fit if you have 1-2+ years of handyman or maintenance experience, including landscaping and basic roofing, electrical, and plumbing work Solid working knowledge of hand and power tools Delivery driving experience in a box truck or cargo van A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and 5+ years behind the wheel Pallet jack and forklift experience Clear communication in English, written and spoken The initiative to notice what needs doing and just handle it Nice to have Warehouse picking or production experience Forklift certification CDL Class A/B Bilingual English/Spanish The details Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, on site in Orlando $16 to $18 an hour depending on experience It's a physical job.
