Hands-On Warehouse Supervisor / Backup Delivery Driver / Maintenance Technician Company: Cambrian Springs Inc. Location: Toronto, Ontario Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift — No Weekends Compensation: Competitive, based on experience About Us Cambrian Springs is an established and growing Canadian company specializing in office coffee, water delivery, coffee equipment, and breakroom supplies. We are looking for a highly capable, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor who can lead warehouse operations, assist with deliveries, and troubleshoot equipment. This is NOT a desk job. We need someone who enjoys physical work, takes initiative, solves problems, and leads by example. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations & Supervision Oversee daily warehouse operations and employees. Pick, pack, and verify customer orders accurately. Load and unload delivery trucks using a forklift. Check delivery drivers in and out daily. Inspect trucks before departure and upon return. Ensure trucks are properly loaded and leave on schedule. Receive shipments, inspect products, and organize inventory. Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized warehouse. Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure work is completed. Identify and resolve operational issues independently. Backup Delivery Driver Cover delivery routes when drivers are absent or additional help is needed. Deliver coffee, water, equipment, and supplies to customers. Load and unload products safely. Provide professional customer service at delivery locations. Follow company delivery procedures and vehicle safety requirements. Maintenance & Technical Responsibilities Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on coffee and water equipment. Assist with coffee machine cleaning, maintenance, and servicing. Perform minor repairs and maintenance around the warehouse. Identify equipment problems and determine when specialized repairs are required. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition. Assist technicians with equipment preparation, testing, and repairs when needed. Qualifications & Requirements Previous warehouse experience required. Supervisory or team leadership experience strongly preferred. Forklift operating experience required. Valid Ontario driver's licence with a clean driving record. Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills. Comfortable using hand tools and performing minor repairs. Physically capable of repeatedly lifting up to 50 lbs. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. Good communication skills and a professional attitude. Experience with coffee machines, water filtration equipment, or commercial equipment maintenance is an asset, but not required.
