Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide friendly, professional assistance throughout their visit Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges Handle cash, process payments, and perform cashiering duties with attention to detail and accuracy Assist with inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and inventory counts Communicate effectively with guests via phone etiquette, answering inquiries promptly and courteously Support the team with basic retail math calculations for sales totals, discounts, and promotions Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean, organized environment that encourages guest satisfaction Requirements Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve our diverse customer base Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math concepts Demonstrated phone etiquette skills for handling inquiries professionally over the phone Supervising experience is beneficial for those interested in leadership opportunities within the team Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including weekends or evenings Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
