This position involves a wide range of hands-on tasks that contribute to crop production, equipment upkeep, and the general care of farm facilities. The role requires a dependable individual who is comfortable working outdoors and contributing to both seasonal and day-to-day farm activities.

Regular and reliable attendance is essential to success in this role. The Farm Operations Assistant works closely with the Farm Supervisor to complete winter projects and assist with ongoing farm tasks as needed.
