Responsibilities Stock shelves efficiently using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks when necessary Manage inventory control by conducting regular stock checks, replenishing product, and organizing backroom storage areas Assist with receiving processes by checking in product accurately Maintain cleanliness of the store including floors, merchandising displays, seating areas, bathrooms, entryways, sidewalks, parking lot, and storage spaces to ensure a safe shopping environment Support merchandising efforts by arranging products neatly and according to store standards Carryout groceries for customers as needed Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about product locations or store layout Operate a floor scrubber and buffer Requirements Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to operate pallet jacks Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management and stock organization Good communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, manual handling, and safe lifting practices throughout shifts Basic math skills for counting stock, processing shipments, and managing inventory records Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while growing your skills in retail operations!
