Glazing Project Coordinator

Glazing Project Coordinator Bothwell-Accurate Co. Inc. has been a leader in roofing, waterproofing, cladding and glazing services across Ontario and British Columbia for over 90 years. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Glazing Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of glazing projects across multiple stages. This role works closely with Project Managers and field teams, contributing to project execution, coordination, and overall performance, while developing toward full project ownership. What You’ll Do Support Project Managers in the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple construction projects Coordinate communication between project teams, field staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and progress tracking Prepare and review shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation Support procurement activities including material tracking, deliveries, and vendor coordination Assist with submittals, close-out documentation, warranties, and compliance requirements Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project status, risks, and timelines Help identify and resolve project issues, delays, or coordination challenges Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and project specifications Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation What You Bring to the Team Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction, with exposure to glazing systems (curtainwall, window wall, structural glazing, etc.) Diploma or degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Building Science is an asset Experience supporting projects in a fast-paced commercial construction environment Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Office, and/or estimating software Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project workflows Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively Eagerness to grow into a Project Manager role Role Snapshot Location: Location: Head Office – 6675 Rexwood Rd, Mississauga, ON Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time | Onsite Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Salary: $65,000 Reports To: Glazing Manager Vacancy Reason: New Position Number of Positions: 1 What's Offered Growth and advancement opportunities Competitive benefits that will grow with you Bi-weekly pay you can count on High profile, high impact project Be part of a company where you're not just taking a job, you’re building a career.
