Summary/Objective The General Warehouse Representative serves as a member of the warehouse team and plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and visibility of stock and machine assets. The ideal candidate brings both hands-on warehouse experience and strong organizational, communication and technical skills. What you would do: Process outbound shipments of consumables, service items, and stock machines. Prepare products, spare parts, returned items, and other shipments using established packaging and labeling procedures (boxing, bundling, wrapping, crating, strapping, etc.). Ensure shipments are dispatched with appropriate service levels and correct documentation. Monitor inventory levels and notify the Warehouse Manager of low or critical stock. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to transport goods. Load and unload freight trucks as needed. Pick and ship items for Sales Operations for new machine installs and upgrades. Process and ship materials for the Technical Sales Support department. Arrange transportation for warehouse related shipments. Generate shipping documents and schedule freight pick-ups as required. Monitor logistics performance and notify warehouse manager of performance concerns. Ensure accurate handling put-away notes for returned or restocked items. Receive incoming stock items, match with purchase orders, and process good receipts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse as needed. What we require from you: Minimum of 3 years in warehouse, logistics, or operations role. Valid forklift certification Creative and critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to navigate ambiguous situations while balancing strategic goals and operational efficiency. Working knowledge of organizational structures, workflows, and standard operating procedures within a warehouse or logistics environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across various departments and a diverse team. Positive, solution-focused attitude Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM system is a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, customer focused environment.
