General Production/Warehouse Distribution 2nd & 3rd Shift

Join Rico Industries in our production or distribution departments and help make your favorite sports memorabilia products. You’ll learn hands-on skills, work with modern equipment, and be part of a team that gets things done. No experience necessary (but always helpful!) - we will train you! What You’ll Do Production associates: Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment Assemble products for shipment Follow safety and quality standards Troubleshoot issues and help improve the process Work with teammates to hit daily production goals Learn new equipment, tools, and skills along the way Distribtuion associates: Pick, pack, stage, and ship orders Load and unload materials and products Use warehouse and inventory systems Follow standardized work flow What We’re Looking For You don’t need years of experience to succeed here. We’re looking for people who are: Curious and willing to learn Reliable and ready to work as a team Comfortable working with their hands Detail-oriented and safety-minded Interested in technology, machines, or how things are made Experience is a plus—but potential matters more.
