General Laborer / Warehouse Worker

General Laborer — Foristell, MO Oakley Professional Products is seeking a dependable, hardworking General Laborer / Warehouse Worker to assist with daily warehouse operations, product handling, loading and unloading, and general facility maintenance. The ideal candidate is a team player who can work in a fast-paced environment, follow safety procedures, and perform a variety of physical tasks as needed. Job Responsibilities Load and unload trucks, deliveries, and shipments. Move, stack, and organize fertilizer, ice melt, and other warehouse products. Assist with filling, packaging, palletizing, and preparing products for shipment. Operate forklifts and other equipment when trained and authorized. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work area. Assist with inventory counts and stock organization. Prepare customer orders and assist with loading customer pickups. Perform general labor duties, including sweeping, cleanup, and basic facility maintenance. Follow all company safety procedures and proper material-handling practices. Assist other team members and perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn. Ability to lift and move heavy materials and perform physical labor throughout the workday. Ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience is preferred but not required. Forklift experience is a plus. Work Environment This position involves working in a warehouse and around stored materials, equipment, and loading areas. Duties may include indoor and outdoor work and exposure to varying temperatures and seasonal weather conditions.
