General Laborer – Electronics Recycling & Warehouse Operations

Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: 10-hour shifts | Early mornings and some Saturdays required Location: On-site — this is not a remote position We are looking for a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. This position plays an important role in our daily warehouse operations by receiving, sorting, dismantling, recycling, and preparing electronic equipment, materials, and parts for shipment. The ideal candidate is comfortable performing physically demanding work, working in a fast-paced environment, and following safety procedures. Key Responsibilities Unpack, unload, separate, and sort incoming electronics for dismantling and recycling Lift, stack, wrap, and prepare pallets for outgoing shipments Prepare pallets for interdepartmental transfers Process incoming and outgoing materials efficiently while meeting daily production goals Assist truck drivers and serve as a truck helper when assigned Use power tools safely and effectively Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills Minimum 3 years of physical labor experience required Power tool experience required Ability to safely perform physically demanding work throughout a 10-hour shift Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in extreme temperatures and a non-air-conditioned warehouse Strong communication and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail Basic familiarity with electronic devices, materials, and parts is highly preferred Bilingual candidates are preferred High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required Physical & Work Environment This is a physically demanding position. The job requires: Prolonged periods of standing, walking, lifting, reaching, bending, and moving materials Regular lifting of up to 50 lbs. throughout the workday Working 10-hour shifts in a non-air-conditioned warehouse Working outdoors for extended periods while unloading dumpsters and trailers Stacking, wrapping, and moving pallets using a pallet jack Working in varying temperatures and weather conditions as required Requirements for Employment Applicants must: Be legally authorized to work in the United States Successfully pass a background check Successfully pass a drug screening Be available for early-morning shifts Be available to work some Saturdays Be able to meet the physical requirements of the position What We're Looking For We want someone who is reliable, safety-conscious, hardworking, and ready to be part of a team .
