Deol Road Carrier LTD is a reputable and fast-growing transportation company specializing in cross-border freight across Canada and the United States. We’re currently seeking a professional, detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our dynamic operations team. Responsibilities: Coordinate and dispatch trucks for Canada–U.S. and domestic loads. Communicate effectively with drivers, brokers, and customers. Monitor routes, manage delays, and ensure efficient load planning. Track shipments in real-time and handle documentation for cross-border operations. Resolve driver and border-related issues promptly. Maintain accurate records and update systems regularly. Requirements: Experience with dispatching in the trucking/transportation industry is required. Proficient in using the following systems: TMW STARS Ryder GM FAST System Border Connect Other related transportation management systems and ELD platforms. Strong knowledge of border crossing procedures and paperwork (ACE/ACI). Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
