Gas Station Kitchen & Inventory Manager

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working, and organized Kitchen & Inventory Manager to join our gas station team! In this role, you will oversee daily food preparation in our kitchen and ensure our beverage and food coolers are fully stocked, clean, and organized. Key Responsibilities Kitchen Management: Prepare and serve food items according to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Maintain clean work areas, cooking equipment, counter space, and food display cases. Monitor food inventory, track waste, and place orders or notify management when supplies are low. Ensure all hot/cold ready-to-eat items are fresh and appealingly displayed. Cooler & Store Inventory: Keep walk-in coolers and display cases fully stocked, rotated (FIFO method - First In, First Out), and organized. Monitor stock levels of beverages, packaged foods, and snacks throughout the shift. Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking inventory deliveries. General Operations: Maintain strict standards for food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness across the station. Provide friendly and prompt service to customers when needed. Perform basic opening/closing duties related to the kitchen and stocking areas. Qualifications & Requirements Previous experience in food service, kitchen preparation, or retail stocking preferred. Ability to obtain a Food Handler Certificate/Permit (if required by local regulations). Strong attention to detail regarding freshness, expiration dates, and cleanliness. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, bend, stand for long periods, and work inside cooler environments. Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently or as part of a small team.
