Garden Center Sales Associate

Job Overview Concrete Creations Garden Statuary & Landscape Supply is looking to add a sales and operations associate to our growing team Friday through Monday. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting Concrete Statuary, Outdoor Furniture, Tropical Plants, Bulk Materials, or one of the many other items that we carry. Timeliness opening and closing the storefront Assist in loading purchased items Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing work space. Operate credit card machines and cash registers for transactions including cash handling and retail math calculations Coordinating in-store pickup or delivery options of purchased items Assist with seasonal displays, store arrangements, and special promotions to enhance customer experience Collaborate and work well with other team members to ensure clean and efficient store operations, and excellent customer service standards WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS A MUST, as well as some other week days. Skills Strong sales skills Strong people skills Forklift experience is helpful but not required Proficiency in cashiering, retail math, credit card processing systems, and cash handling procedures Excellent communication skills Organizational skills for stocking shelves, inventory management, and merchandising displays Ability to get along and work well with co workers and have a positive attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining attention to detail Join our team, where we’re dedicated to creating an engaging workplace that celebrates the joy of helping customers cultivate their outdoor spaces.
