This is a great opportunity to be a key part of a dynamic retail environment where your behind-the-scenes efforts keep the showroom running smoothly and customers happy. Responsibilities: Receive, unload, and inspect incoming furniture shipments and deliveries Organize and maintain stockroom inventory for efficient product retrieval Assist with furniture assembly and preparation for showroom floor display Load customer vehicles for pick-ups Pull and stage customer orders accurately and in a timely manner Assist sales staff as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom and showroom area Requirements: Prior warehouse, stockroom, or retail receiving experience preferred Ability to lift and move heavy furniture items (50+ lbs regularly) Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Basic inventory management and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills About Us: Furniture Mart has been a trusted name in home furnishings in the Houma, LA area, offering customers a wide selection of quality furniture at great prices.
