Full-Time Warehouse Picker/Packer flexible shifts

CDEK USA, LLC is urgently hiring warehouse associates for our New Castle, DE location. We want to be very clear upfront : this is a small team, a calm working environment, and a place where people are treated with respect. No yelling managers, no chaos, and no unnecessary pressure. We work steadily, help each other, and expect the same in return. We care more about results than simply keeping you at the warehouse for 8 hours. If you work efficiently and complete your daily packing target, you can finish your day earlier. If you’re fast, responsible, and motivated to earn more, you’ll fit in well here. This is a light-duty warehouse job most packages weigh only 2–4 lbs, so it’s much easier than typical warehouse work involving heavy lifting. Our warehouse is fully air-conditioned and heated, which is rare for warehouse jobs and makes a big difference, especially during summer and winter. Our goal is simple: create a comfortable workplace where good employees are respected, rewarded for strong performance, and want to stay long-term. Schedule & Pay: Monday – Friday Standard shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch) Flexible scheduling possible Overtime available Weekly pay (1099) Year-round, stable work Pay: starting $20/hour, based on performance. We reward speed and efficiency. If you complete your daily packing target, you don’t need to stay for the full 8-hour shift. Fast, motivated employees can finish earlier while still meeting their daily goals, with opportunities to increase their earnings based on performance.
