Full Time Warehouse Associate

What You’ll Be Doing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders using a pick ticket system Verify product type and quantity before shipping Safely operate warehouse equipment (we provide all training and certification) Rotate through tasks such as pulling orders, packing, loading, and wrapping skids Maintain a clean and organized work environment Adapt to daily shipping and inventory needs as they evolve What We’re Looking For: Dependable team players with a strong attention to detail Physically able to lift, push, or pull up to 70 lbs. occasionally Able to stand for extended periods and perform warehouse tasks safely Must be able to speak, read, and understand English in order to follow safety protocols, pick tickets, and verbal instructions Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred but not required Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and have a valid state-issued ID Must pass background check and drug screening Schedule & Pay: Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Pay: $17/hour + monthly performance bonuses Why Work at DCS?
