Full Time Warehouse Associate and Floor Maintenance

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Full Time Warehouse Associate and Floor Maintenance member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, delivery and receiving, and operating heavy equipment such as floor buffer and hand jack. Additionally, you will travel to locations we service to maintain and buff floors. A company vehicle, gas card, and company cell phone will be provided to you. The shift is from 3PM to 11PM Responsibilities Perform order picking, packing, shipping & receiving tasks with precision to fulfill supervisor orders promptly Conduct manual handling of materials with proper techniques to prevent injury while lifting heavy items or performing stocking activities Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment through floor maintenance activities such as sweeping, organizing aisles, and ensuring safety protocol adherence in line with OSHA standards Support warehouse operations by loading & unloading trucks efficiently while adhering to safety regulations Travel between locations to deliver supplies as well as buffing floors Qualifications Proven experience operating heavy equipment within a warehouse setting Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution processes including order fulfillment, shipping & receiving, and inventory management Familiarity with safety regulations such as OSHA standards and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during all tasks Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting with basic math skills for inventory counts and measurements Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate stock control and order processing Experience using a floor buffing machine Join us in a role where your skills drive operational excellence!
