Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Full-Time Store Manager combined with a Full-Time First (1st) Supervisor role to lead our retail team to success. Duties Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and purchasing processes to optimize product availability Oversee sales activities, set targets, and motivate the team to meet or exceed sales goals through effective sales management techniques Conduct employee orientation, training, coaching, and development to build a skilled and motivated workforce Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure outstanding customer service experiences Manage payroll processing, bookkeeping tasks, and cash handling procedures with accuracy and integrity Utilize POS systems for transactions, pricing adjustments, and sales reporting while maintaining operational efficiency Oversee shift management duties including scheduling staff coverage and supervising team members during shifts Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and maximize sales opportunities Monitor store safety protocols, enforce security measures, and ensure compliance with health regulations Experience Proven management experience within the retail industry with a focus on sales team leadership and operational oversight Demonstrated supervisory experience in a retail environment with skills in employee training & development Strong background in inventory management, merchandising, POS systems, and cash handling procedures Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for diverse customer engagement Experience in recruiting new team members through interviewing processes and onboarding procedures Familiarity with payroll processing, bookkeeping practices, budgeting, and basic math skills necessary for daily operations management Previous grocery store or wireless sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory; relevant retail sales experience is essential Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently using organizational skills and time management techniques Join us as we strive to create an engaging shopping environment while fostering growth for both our customers and our team.
