ConfidentialFull-Time Driver/Warehouse Associate Mercer County Food Bank | Full-Time Position Mercer County Food Bank (MCFB) is looking for a dependable, motivated, and hardworking individual to join our team as a Full-Time Driver/Warehouse Associate! This position plays an important role in our mission to provide nutritious food to neighbors facing food insecurity throughout Mercer County. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, works well as part of a team, and is comfortable performing both driving and warehouse duties. Key Responsibilities Pick up purchased and donated food from local retailers, food donors, and community food drives. Safely operate food bank vehicles, including box trucks and vans. Load and unload trucks and vans, ensuring food products are handled safely. Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing food within the warehouse. Pick, prepare, and stage food orders for our network of member agencies. Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily operations and other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and safe driving practices. Ability to regularly lift and move 30–60 pounds. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team. Dependable, punctual, and willing to take on a variety of tasks. Previous warehouse, delivery driving, or material handling experience is preferred but not required.
