Full Time and Part Time Keyholders

Job Summary We are seeking energetic and dedicated Full Time and Part Time Keyholders to join our dynamic retail team. As a Keyholder, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth store operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading by example in a fast-paced environment. Your leadership will help foster a welcoming atmosphere for both customers and team members, while maintaining the highest standards of store presentation, inventory management, and operational efficiency. Duties Open and close the store confidently, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately Lead daily operations including sales, inventory control, merchandising, and cash handling with precision Supervise team members, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance performance and customer service excellence Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, returns, and refunds efficiently Oversee inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment, stocktaking, purchasing, and shrinkage control Assist with employee orientation, interviewing potential candidates, and participating in recruiting efforts Ensure compliance with health and safety policies while maintaining a clean, organized store environment Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent communication skills and phone etiquette Support sales management initiatives by promoting products, pricing strategies, and upselling techniques Collaborate with management on budgeting, merchandising plans, and operational improvements Demonstrate leadership in supervising shifts, managing schedules, and ensuring operational excellence at all times Experience Previous supervisory or managerial experience within the retail industry is highly preferred Strong knowledge of retail sales techniques and customer service best practices Experience with inventory control systems, POS systems, and basic bookkeeping or payroll processes Proven ability to lead teams effectively through training & development initiatives Demonstrated skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, and team management Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases Excellent organizational skills combined with time management expertise to handle multiple priorities efficiently Familiarity with retail math including pricing strategies, sales analysis, and budgeting principles Strong communication skills essential for managerial communication and staff collaboration Ability to adapt quickly to changing store needs while maintaining a positive attitude Join us as a Keyholder if you’re passionate about retail management!
