This position supports the efficient flow of full case orders by loading cartons onto the induction line, accurately applying labels, and moving pallets and materials to meet daily production requirements. The ideal candidate is dependable, attentive to detail, and committed to working safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Safely load cartons onto the full case induction line to meet daily production requirements. Accurately apply labels to cartons, ensuring each label corresponds to the designated work number. Operate a reach truck to move pallets to the induction rollers. Use a pallet jack to transport pallets and materials within the work area. Use an RF scanner to support accurate processing and movement of product. Complete assignments accurately and on time. Assist with replenishment picking for urgent (ASAP) orders as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleanup at the end of each shift. Follow all company safety policies and equipment operating procedures. Perform other duties as assigned to support department needs. Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to repeatedly lift and move cartons weighing up to 50 pounds, including overhead lifting. Ability to stand for the duration of the shift. Ability to safely operate a reach truck and pallet jack. Ability to use an RF scanner and follow work instructions accurately. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors. Flexibility to adjust assignments based on workload and operational priorities. Availability to work overtime, including mandatory overtime, as needed.
