Fulfilment Coordinator

Position Overview We are seeking a responsible, experienced, and bilingual Fulfilment Coordinator to oversee daily operations and provide leadership to a small team. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining productivity and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, comfortable supervising employees, and willing to assist with hands-on operational duties as needed. Key Responsibilities ● Lead, direct, and supervise a small team of employees. ● Oversee daily DTC operations to ensure workflows run smoothly and efficiently. ● Coordinate daily assignments and workflow to maintain productivity. ● Accurately and consistently operate scanning systems and equipment. ● Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and management. ● Monitor work performance and help address operational issues as they arise. ● Operate FL machines as needed to support daily operations. ● Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment. ● Assist with other operational tasks as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements ● Fluent in Spanish and English — required. ● Previous experience leading or supervising a small team. ● Experience with scanning equipment and warehouse/operational systems. ● Basic computer skills, including email, data entry, and system navigation. ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to work effectively as part of a team. ● Reliable, organized, punctual, and dependable. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. ● FL machine experience is preferred or the ability to learn quickly. Pay: $21.00 per hour Work Location: In person
