Accepts credit cards or cash payments and records accordingly, to be turned over to Accounts Receivable. Provides customer information as required, answering basic questions regarding type, quality, quantity and timeliness of deliveries. May forward customers to sales department for further assistance if needed. Compiles daily reports including Daily Production Sales and Inventory (DPSI) and Customer Summary Reports of crushed concrete materials sold. Records petty cash receipts and disbursements, completes and logs all sales receipts, and submits to accounts payable for reimbursement of petty cash account. Answers phone, assists drivers as needed, and supports Sales on customer orders as needed. Performs other duties as required or assigned. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to travel to different locations. What you'll need: Some experience preferred Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Experience with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Ability to multi-task with intense concentration to ensure accuracy of operations and reports Working Conditions: Able to stand for several hours per day and work for long periods without a break.
