You will supervise warehouse employees, coordinate daily workflow, maintain inventory accuracy, and serve as a key point of contact for customer fulfillment needs. This is a hands-on supervisory position requiring an active presence on the warehouse floor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to balance operational priorities with customer expectations. Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse fulfillment operations, including order picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and related activities. Assign and prioritize daily work to maximize productivity, efficiency, and accuracy while meeting customer deadlines. Maintain a highly visible, hands-on presence on the warehouse floor, providing direction, coaching, and support to employees. Ensure all customer orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and in full while maintaining established quality and packaging standards. Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to fulfillment operations, providing timely updates and resolving concerns. Prepare and communicate daily customer account status reports to customers and internal Customer Success Partners. Coordinate with operations, sales, and customer service teams to address fulfillment challenges and meet customer expectations. Oversee inventory control processes, including receiving and inventory transactions, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution. Ensure products are properly stored, organized, and maintained to support inventory accuracy and efficient fulfillment. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. Assist facility management with employee scheduling, timecard approvals, overtime management, hiring, training, and performance management. Train and develop warehouse employees on operating procedures, warehouse management systems, and safety requirements. Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and address performance or attendance concerns in accordance with company policies. Ensure warehouse equipment is operated safely and the facility remains clean, organized, and compliant with company safety standards. Maintain knowledge of warehouse management systems and cross-train employees to support operational flexibility. Prepare operational reports, maintain accurate warehouse documentation, and communicate performance updates to management. Work alongside warehouse employees and assist with fulfillment activities as needed to meet operational demands.
