We are hosting open interviews from 2:00pm - 4:00pm on the following days for Seasonal Fulfillment Specialists Thursday, October 15, 2026 Friday, October 16, 2026 Wednesday, October 21, 2026 Thursday, October 22, 2026 The Role Rhoback is looking for an upbeat, positive, and organized individual with a strong work ethic and warehouse and fulfillment experience to join our team as a Seasonal Fulfillment Specialist. In this role, you will fulfill customer orders, restock our fulfillment center, ensure all orders are collected daily, maintain warehouse cleanliness, and support ad hoc projects. You'll play a direct part in getting Rhoback product to our customers during our busiest time of year. This is a seasonal position based at our Charlottesville, VA fulfillment center, running from early November through December. Scheduled hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and weekend flexibility is required during the holiday season. What You’ll Do Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time. Restock and organize inventory throughout the fulfillment center so product is easy to locate. Ensure all orders are prepared and collected by carriers daily. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Support ad hoc projects and tasks as needed to meet peak-season demand. Availability to work 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with weekend flexibility from early November through December. Ability to stand for most of a shift and to bend, reach, twist, push, and pull. What Success Looks Like Orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately, with minimal errors. Every order is ready for carrier pickup each day. Inventory is restocked and organized so the team can work efficiently. The warehouse stays clean, safe, and organized. Reliable attendance and flexibility through the full holiday season. Education and Experience 2+ years of experience in a service industry, warehouse, or similar environment. Warehouse and fulfillment experience preferred. Physical Requirement (if applicable) This role requires standing for most of a shift and regularly bending, reaching, twisting, pushing, and pulling. Compensation Hourly rate: $18 per hour. This is a seasonal, hourly, non-exempt position eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law.
