Fulfillment Specialist

Job Summary : The Fulfillment Specialist supports the Bulk Flower Inventory Manager and Warehouse/Fleet Manager in ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of inventory, order fulfillment, and logistics operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to maintain seamless warehouse and delivery operations. Key Responsibilities : Inventory Management : Assist the Bulk Flower Inventory Manager with organizing and tracking inventory. Help ensure all products are properly labeled, stored, and accounted for. Support the acceptance and entry of manifests into METRC and Distru. Order Fulfillment : Prepare and pack orders accurately based on sales invoices and customer specifications. Ensure all products are packaged, labeled, and documented in compliance with company and regulatory standards. Warehouse Operations : Collaborate with the Warehouse/Fleet Manager to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Assist in receiving and storing incoming shipments, ensuring proper documentation and organization. Support the maintenance and organization of delivery supplies, equipment, and materials. Compliance and Reporting : Ensure all products leaving the facility are properly documented in METRC and Distru. Help monitor inventory levels and report shortages or potential issues to the appropriate manager. Maintain accurate records and assist with weekly reporting requirements. Collaboration and Support : Act as a liaison between the Bulk Flower Inventory Manager and Warehouse/Fleet Manager to facilitate smooth operations. Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned by management. Reporting Structure : This position reports directly to both the Bulk Flower Inventory Manager and Warehouse/Fleet Manager and collaborates closely with other team members.
