About VTM Vending VTM Vending builds, deploys, and supports unattended retail machines and the software that runs them. The hardware, the software, the payment integration, and the support all come from the same company, so a problem never gets handed between vendors. Operators run their machines from a web portal or their phone: pricing, planograms, inventory, and real-time sales. We are an official Nayax OEM partner, and our hardware platform was co-developed with our manufacturing partner rather than white-labeled out of a catalog. Our customer base is composed of small business owners, people running vending routes as their primary income or building one alongside a day job. When an order ships late, arrives damaged, or is missing a part, that is not an inconvenience for them; it is a machine that is not earning. Which is why fulfillment is not a back-room function at VTM. It is part of the product. Position Overview VTM Vending is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Fulfillment & Warehouse Associate to receive, store, pick, pack, and ship the orders that keep our customers' machines running. This role covers the full order lifecycle in our Solon, OH facility: receiving inbound inventory, maintaining accurate stock counts, preparing e-commerce and subscription orders, packing product so it arrives intact, and handling returns. You will work closely with the Support and Operations teams, because a wrong or damaged order turns into a support ticket and an unsatisfied customer. The ideal candidate takes pride in accuracy, keeps a clean and organized work area, and notices when something is off before it leaves the building. Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment & Shipping ● Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time, including e-commerce orders, subscription shipments, and replacement parts. ● Verify each order against the packing list before it leaves, including SKUs, quantities, and any required kitting. ● Package products to prevent damage in transit, and select the right carrier and service level. ● Print and apply shipping labels, record tracking information, and prepare freight and pallet shipments as needed. ● Process returns and exchanges: inspect, document condition, and restock or route items for repair or disposal. Receiving & Inventory Control ● Receive inbound shipments, check them against purchase orders, and report shortages, overages, and damage the same day. ● Put away inventory in the correct locations and keep bin and shelf labels accurate. ● Perform regular cycle counts and help with physical inventory; investigate and report discrepancies rather than adjusting them away. ● Flag low stock to the Operations Manager before it causes a backorder. Warehouse Operations & Safety ● Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, and follow all safety procedures for lifting, equipment, and material handling. ● Operate material handling equipment safely. ● Document issues and exceptions clearly in the inventory and order systems so the next person can pick them up without asking you. Qualifications Education & Experience ● High school diploma or GED. ● 1 to 3 years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, shipping and receiving, or inventory work. ● Demonstrated accuracy in order picking, packing, and data entry. ● Preferred: experience with e-commerce fulfillment or subscription order shipping. ● Preferred: experience handling high value goods. ● Trading card knowledge is a plus. Technical Skills Experience with several of the following is preferred: ● Warehouse or inventory management systems and barcode scanners ● Shopify or comparable e-commerce admin ● Shipping platforms and carrier tools (ShipStation, UPS, FedEx, USPS, or similar) ● Subscription platforms (Loop Subscriptions, Recharge, or similar) ● Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, including spreadsheets for tracking Skills & Competencies ● Strong attention to detail; catches the wrong SKU or damaged unit before it ships. ● Reliable an…
