Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. As a Fulfillment Specialist you will be responsible for the following. Responsibilities: Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently. Pick and pack items for shipment according to company standards. Ensure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. Communicate effectively with team members to prioritize tasks. Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining quality standards. Assist with inventory management and cycle counting as needed. Must Haves: Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center Ability to lift and move heavy packages. Strong attention to detail Good communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent WE Value: Detail-oriented individuals who can work effectively in a team environment to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
