(unless told otherwise by supervisor) Special Rate on Pay due to only being a temporary assignment for peak season. Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer Associate to join our Fulfillment Department. This role is essential to ensuring orders are picked accurately, packaged properly, and prepared for shipment in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is efficient and able to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy standards. Key Responsibilities Pick and package products based on assigned orders Verify that all items pulled match order requirements before shipping Use RF scanners and/or computer systems to locate products and process orders Ensure accurate labeling and preparation of shipments Assist in various areas within the department as needed Maintain organization and workflow efficiency What We’re Looking For Flexibility to work either assigned shift based on business needs Experience using an RF scanner or computer systems for order processing Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented
