Deo-Tek, Inc.Fulfillment Packaging Associate Location: Carol Stream, IL 60188 A Day in the Role You arrive at our Carol Stream facility ready to make sure every item that leaves the line is packaged with accuracy and care. You’ll review order specifications, set up your station, and work closely with teammates to keep products moving. Throughout your shift, you’ll complete visual checks, confirm counts, and document anything that looks off. You’ll keep your work area tidy and safe, replenish materials as needed, and help hit daily output targets—all while maintaining top-tier quality. What You’ll Do Package products precisely according to customer and internal specifications. Inspect parts and finished goods, reporting any defects or variances right away. Keep your workstation organized to support safety, speed, and accuracy. Coordinate with team members to achieve daily production goals. Support basic inventory tasks, including restocking and count verification. Follow all safety rules and standard operating procedures at all times. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Background in packing or warehouse work is helpful. Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods. Strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset. Clear communicator and reliable team player. Basic math skills to confirm counts and ensure packing accuracy. Proficiencies Packaging experience. Injection molding experience.
