Our team thrives on collaboration, craftsmanship, and a commitment to excellence. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Position Summary The Fulfillment Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of Breeo's warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, and logistics. This is a hands-on role that combines team leadership with active participation in daily operations to ensure products are received, stored, fulfilled, and shipped safely, accurately, and efficiently. Responsibilities Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and order fulfillment. Manage warehouse personnel, workshop personnel, and the Breeo box truck driver. Oversee workflows, equipment, organization, safety, and productivity. Ensure inventory accuracy through effective receiving, storage, cycle counting, and inventory control practices. Manage order fulfillment across Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), Amazon FBA, and wholesale channels, including key retail partners. Coordinate parcel, LTL, and FTL shipments, inbound deliveries, and inventory transfers. Partner with Customer Service, Planning, Sales, and Operations teams to meet customer and business requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, space utilization, and cost reduction. Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized facility while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence. Qualifications 5+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or operations experience. 3+ years of leadership experience. Experience with inventory control, shipping operations, and warehouse management. Experience supporting DTC, Amazon FBA, and wholesale fulfillment operations preferred. Experience with NetSuite ERP, ShipHawk, or similar systems preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
