About the Role We're looking for a hands-on B2B Fulfillment Manager to join our growing team in Salt Lake City! Working alongside our Warehouse Manager, you'll take ownership of our business-to-business (B2B) fulfillment operations, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately, on time, and in line with customer requirements. You'll be responsible for: Leading daily B2B fulfillment activities and supporting warehouse employees. Ensuring retail and wholesale orders meet customer packaging, labeling, and shipping requirements. Coordinating with carriers and internal teams to meet delivery deadlines. Investigating shipping errors, customer chargebacks, and inventory discrepancies. Monitoring performance, improving processes, and reducing avoidable costs. Maintaining a safe, organized, and productive working environment. About the Person You're an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys leading people, solving problems, and getting things done. We're looking for someone with: At least 3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or B2B fulfillment, including some supervisory experience. A good understanding of retail shipping requirements, inventory control, and warehouse operations. Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and customer service. Experience working with major retailers such as Walmart, Target, or Costco, including EDI processes and retailer compliance, would be a plus!
