Fulfillment Center PIT Equipment Operator

Do you thrive in fast-moving environments where precision and safety come first? Join our distribution center team serving customers across North America. As a PIT Equipment Operator, you’ll combine careful equipment handling with accurate order selection to keep products flowing. What will you operate? Forklifts and cherry pickers (order pickers) for vertical and horizontal moves Walkie stackers, double walkie riders, tuggers, and pallet jacks for efficient transport What challenges will you take on? High-bay order picking: Safely select and stow items 25–40+ feet above the floor using required fall protection and OSHA-aligned procedures. Inbound and outbound logistics: Load/unload trailers, label products, build boxes, and relocate inventory between storage and staging locations. Real-time accuracy: Use RF scanners and touchscreen systems to track inventory without delay. Safety leadership: Complete pre-shift inspections and uphold URBN safety protocols to maintain a clean, orderly, and compliant work area. When will you work? Wednesday – Saturday, 5:00am–3:30pm What do you need to succeed? Must be 18+ High School Diploma or GED preferred Warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing experience is a plus Strong teamwork, clear communication, motivation, and consistent follow-through Reliable attendance and flexibility for overtime, weekends, or extended shifts during peak seasons Physical capability checklist Comfort working at heights up to 40+ feet while wearing a body harness and lanyard (PPE required) Ability to stand and walk for the full shift across large areas Lift, push, pull, and reach up to 50 lbs. of various shapes and sizes Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, and move safely around machinery and multi-level racking Exhibit coordinated movement to operate equipment safely in narrow aisles and elevated spaces Preferred equipment proficiency cherry picker fork lift experience Reach Truck Dock Stocker
