Fulfillment Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic teammate to join our Aroma Labs Warehouse Team. The Aroma Labs creates high-quality items that customers can add their signature scent to, and our fulfillment site is a crucial part in getting these products to our team. This teammate ensures that all products are properly organized, accurately filled, correctly labeled, and safely prepared for delivery to our stores and customers. The Fulfillment Assistant upholds all The Aroma Lab SOPs and plays a direct role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our product line. Core Responsibilities: 1. Product Organization Organize and maintain all bottles, labels, containers, and product mediums within the fulfillment center Ensure all inventory is properly stored, clearly identified, and easily accessible Assist with any special project fulfillment needs related to private label projects,outside events, and online orders 2. Cycle Counts & Inventory Accuracy Perform regular cycle counts of all products and materials within the warehouse Identify and process any necessary stock corrections for warehouse inventory only in a timely manner Maintain accurate inventory records to support store replenishment and order fulfillment 3. Product Filling & Labeling Fill all product mediums including lotion, beard oil, beard butter, and other TAL product lines Apply labels at the specifications outlined in TAL SOPs Ensure all finished products meet TAL quality standards before being packaged or shipped 4. Order Picking, Blending & Shipping Pick, blend, and prepare all customer orders received through the TAL website within 24-36 hours of the order being received during a normal business week Ensure orders are accurately fulfilled and packaged per TAL standards Process outbound shipments in a timely and organized manner May be required to lift up to 35 pounds unassisted, 36+ is strongly suggested to be an assisted or team lift. 5. Shipping & Receiving Prepare and ship products to designated TAL store locations in a timely manner Individually wrap all items prior to shipment to prevent breakage and inventory loss Receive incoming containers and supplies, inspect for damage and ensure Fulfillment Lead does final check , and organize upon arrival Stack and store received inventory safely, ensuring nothing is broken or misplaced 6. Facility Cleanliness & Organization Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and functional fulfillment center at all times Break down and dispose of empty boxes and packaging materials Assist with assembling and organizing shelving units as needed Ensure the workspace is well-organized so all products for stores and customers are easy to locate and retrieve This position is part time . Hours Per Week: 18-30 Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid time off Work Location: In person
