Fulfillment Associate

Position Summary Cedar F&B is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate to manage the daily processing, packing, and shipping of online customer orders received through our company website and other e-commerce platforms, including Amazon and Walmart. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and capable of working independently while ensuring orders are shipped accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Receive, review, and process online orders from Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and other e-commerce platforms. Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards. Generate shipping labels and coordinate shipments with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other carriers. Ensure order accuracy, proper packaging, and timely fulfillment. Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or discrepancies. Maintain organized inventory, packing stations, and shipping areas. Process customer returns and exchanges as needed. Update order statuses and shipping information in e-commerce systems. Follow company food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures. Assist with other warehouse and fulfillment activities as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in order fulfillment, shipping, warehousing, or e-commerce preferred. Basic computer skills and ability to use online order management systems. Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or Walmart Marketplace is a plus. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management. Ability to work independently and meet daily shipping deadlines. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 40 lbs. Spanish-speaking preferred but not required.
