Fulfillment Associate

Title : Rental Services Associate Position Type : Full-time Hourly Location : 540 Industrial Dr, Naperville, IL 60563 and 4411 Fox Valley Center Dr, Aurora, IL 60504 Reports To : Rental Services Supervisor and Director of Procurement & Rental Services Overview The Rental Services Associate supports our instrument rental program by preparing instruments, fulfilling contracts, and providing additional support. Responsibilities Clean and prep musical instruments for rentals Fulfill new orders for rental instruments and accessories Process returned rental instruments and communicate needs to repair department Handle customer requests/issues related to rental contracts Monitor inventory levels of instruments, supplies, and accessories, placing orders as needed Maintain inventory records and Rental Services internal records Other tasks as assigned by Rental Services Supervisor and Director of Procurement &; Rental Services Qualifications Effective time management and multitasking abilities Self-motivation and independence Strong communication skills Computer literacy and ability to learn POS system Knowledge of musical instruments is a plus Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Compensation and Benefits $18.00/hr Paid Time Off and paid holidays Health, vision, and dental, as well as retirement savings match, available after 30 days of full-time employment Pay: $18.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
