Fulfillment Associate
Simmons Services LLCAbout the role Simmons Services is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to help get orders out the door accurately and on time. You'll be a key part of making sure every customer receives the right product, packed well and shipped fast. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in doing things right and likes staying busy. What you'll do Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently Print and apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup Receive incoming inventory, check it against orders, and put it away Help with regular inventory counts and flag any shortages or damaged items Keep the packing area clean, organized, and stocked with supplies Work with the team to hit daily shipping goals, especially during busy periods What we're looking for Strong attention to detail; accuracy matters more than speed Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to stand and move for most of a shift and lift up to 50 lbs Basic computer skills (shipping software, spreadsheets, or order systems) Warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience is a plus but not required; we'll train the right person Schedule Monday-Friday, 11:00AM-4:00PM How to apply Apply through this posting / email your resume to office@simmonsservicestx.com Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week Work Location: In person
