The Front Desk Manager will report directly to the Regional Manager and CEO and will play an important role in overseeing the daily administrative operations of the practice. About the Position We are looking for a motivated, organized, and personable individual who has experience in a dental office environment and is ready to take on a leadership role. The ideal candidate is someone who can confidently manage the front desk, support the team, communicate effectively with patients, and help ensure the office operates efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities Manage daily front desk operations and ensure an efficient workflow Oversee and coordinate the dental schedule Answer phones and handle incoming calls and correspondence Schedule and confirm patient appointments Verify dental insurance benefits and assist patients with insurance questions Present dental treatment plans and help patients understand their treatment options Submit insurance claims and pre-authorizations Enter and post insurance payments Scan and maintain patient consents and documents Assist with accounts receivable and other administrative responsibilities Oversee inventory management and ordering of office supplies Provide administrative support and guidance to team members as needed Work closely with the associate dentist, clinical team, Regional Manager, and CEO Help maintain a positive, organized, and welcoming environment for patients and staff Help identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and patient experience Build strong relationships with patients, team members, and providers Qualifications & Experience Previous experience working in a dental office is required Previous dental assisting experience is a plus Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Experience with Dentrix is preferred Understanding of dental insurance, claims, and pre-authorizations Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy office Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to build positive relationships with patients, team members, and dentists Experience with budgeting or fiscal management is a plus Why Join Our Team?
