Freight handling associate

Job Overview PNW Lumping Corp is looking for dependable individuals to join our warehouse crew for freight unloading, loading, and general freight-handling operations. Crew members work together to unload trucks, move freight, organize shipments, and complete warehouse assignments efficiently and safely. We are looking for people who show up on time, follow directions, communicate with the team, and take their responsibilities seriously. Responsibilities Load and unload freight from trucks and shipping containers. Sort, stack, and organize freight according to assignment requirements. Move freight safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse. Work with other crew members to complete unloading and loading assignments. Follow instructions from crew leads and warehouse supervisors. Maintain a safe and organized work area. Qualifications Reliable transportation to assigned job sites. Punctuality and consistent communication. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including repetitive lifting, bending, and moving freight. Ability to work effectively with a team. Warehouse, lumping, or freight-handling experience is a plus but is not required. Hiring Procedure Applicants will be reviewed based on their application and relevant experience. Once approved, crew members may be contacted for available assignments based on warehouse demand and scheduling needs.
